Activating services and creating new accounts incur costs for Bobres. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that you want the service before proceeding with payment. Unfortunately, once the service is activated, we cannot cancel or modify it.
We take full responsibility for activating your service. If we are unable to activate the service or encounter any issue from our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests will be processed within 2–4 business days.
If problems arise due to factors on the client's side (e.g., device issues, internet problems, misuse of services, or discontinuation of use for personal reasons), a full refund is not applicable.
